TIGER Flagship Store provides One year of warranty for electric products, customers must retain the HKTVmall invoice as a
warranty certificate.
Warranty Conditions:
- Holding valid purchase receipt, which shows clearly the purchase date, shop and product model number. Please make a photocopy of the receipt or take a picture when necessary.
- The product must be bought and used in Hong Kong - Charges will be applied for fixing problems or damages resulting from imitations, incorrect use, negligence, unauthorized repairs or modifications. Normal wear and tear such as colour fading cannot be repaired.
