The Shop protects your personal data per the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and HKTVmall’s privacy policy.
In case of disputes, the merchant reserves final decision rights without prior notice.
Product colors may vary by monitor settings; subject to the actual item.
Prices, promotions, terms on HKTVmall may differ from physical stores. All terms apply solely to HKTVmall orders.
II. Return & Exchange Policy (Custom Printed Products Only)
To protect consumers’ rights, the Shop offers a Product Return & Exchange Guarantee. As custom printed products are unique (designed/printed to order, non-resalable), rules apply as follows:
Eligible Exchanges (Quality Issues Only)
Within 7 days of receipt, customers may request exchange (same product/specifications, no refunds) for quality issues: non-human damage, printing errors (vs. confirmed design), material mismatch. Submit via Order History > Report Product Problem; subject to verification.
Exchange Requirements
• One exchange per receipt.
• Products must remain unopened, unused with intact original packaging + original receipt/sales list.
Non-Eligible Scenarios (No Returns/Exchanges)
• Personal preference, design changes or no quality issues;
• Opened/used products or damaged/incomplete packaging;
• Discounted/clearance/sale items marked non-returnable;
• Free gifts, accessories or samples;
• Missing original receipt or receipt already used for exchange;
• Unreturned promotional gifts/specially priced accessories from the original order.
Additional Notes
The Shop inspects returned products; non-compliant items will be rejected. Return shipping/handling fees (if any) are customer’s responsibility. We apologize for any inconvenience.
