Delivery Services
• For confirmed orders, our team will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your delivery.
• Residential delivery time is 11am-7pm (Specified time not provided); delivery time for commercial address is normally 9am-6pm.
• Delivery coverage: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated outlying island areas (Stanley, Tai Tam, Shek O, Repulse Bay, Sai Kung, Tung Chung City Centre, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are only available for delivery on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays).
• We do not deliver to restricted areas.
• The maximum waiting time for delivery is 15 minutes. If no one is available after this time, the delivery will be canceled, and you'll need to schedule a second delivery (with an additional delivery fee paid in advance).
Remarks
• On the day of delivery, if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, delivery services will be immediately suspended. Rescheduled delivery dates will be arranged for affected orders.
• We are not responsible for any delays or failures to complete delivery caused by accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other reasons beyond our control.
• If you need to change your order details (e.g., delivery address, delivery time, or add items), please notify us at least 3 business days (excl. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) before your original scheduled delivery date and time.
• If you fail to collect your purchased products within 14 days of order confirmation, or if you provide insufficient or incorrect delivery instructions, we may:
A ) Store the products until actual dispatch, and you will be charged additional delivery and storage fees.
B ) Cancel your order and charge you for any additional expenses and losses incurred by us due to insufficient or inaccurate order information or failure to receive the goods.
C ) Dispose of the uncollected products in any manner without any obligation or liability to you.
Site Visit
For large appliances e.g. large TV (77" and above, plus specific models), air conditioners, and side by side refrigerators, please only proceed to purchase after contacting LG Customer Service for a site visit to ensure the item is suitable for delivery and installation.
Remote Area Surcharges
Some remote areas may incur an additional delivery fee, which must be paid in advance:
• Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland: $100
• Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360: $300
• Areas with no delivery service: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island.
Stair Carry Fees
Small Appliances: $20 per floor (calculated per 7 steps)
Large Appliances: $50 per floor (calculated per 7 steps) - This includes refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers.
Long Haul Carry: First 100 meters $100, then $50 for every subsequent 50 meters.
Obstacle Carry: $150 per instance (carrying goods over obstacles). Delivery and disposal are counted as two separate instances.
Installation Services
• We provide one free standard installation on the day of delivery. For special requests, please pay the relevant fees directly to the installation personnel upon completion of the service.
• To protect customers, please do not open the packaging yourself after delivery. Wait for the installation technician to unbox the product. We will not accept returns or exchanges if damage is found after self-unboxing. If you wish to change the installation service date, please contact our Customer Service Hotline to make arrangements.

Old Appliance Removal Service
We also offer old appliance removal service on the day of delivery. Please pay the relevant fees directly to the delivery personnel.
Old Appliance Removal Service Details:
• One-for-one exchange (e.g., if we deliver a refrigerator, we'll remove a refrigerator).
• Stair carry fees will be calculated as usual.
• Appliances with wires embedded in walls cannot be recycled.
• Please specify if you have an old appliance for recycling when placing your order.
• General old appliance removal: $150 per unit (old appliance handled by transport staff).
• Old appliance removal for TVs 75" or above, or refrigerators 500L or above: $200 per unit (old appliance handled by transport staff).
