Whirlpool's official HKTV mall flagship store offers a "14-day product exchange guarantee." Customers can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product (based on the receipt date) for reasons such as defects, damage, or malfunction. All products are non-refundable and non-returnable; only exchanges are permitted.

If your application for an exchange is successfully approved, the product must meet the following requirements:

- Only one exchange per product.

- Only exchanges for the same model are permitted.

- A valid receipt or order record is required for the exchange.

- The exchange must be completed within 14 days of receipt.

- The product must be in its original condition as purchased. The product must be free of any damage, scratches, or signs of use.

- The outer packaging must be intact: The packaging must not be damaged, soiled, or have any foreign objects such as tape or shipping labels attached.

- All accessories, attachments, user manuals, and warranty certificates (if not filled out) must be complete and returned with the product.

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

- Products not purchased from the Whirlpool official flagship store

- Products that do not meet the exchange criteria

- Product accessories

- Display products

- Designated discounted products

- Gifts

- Products damaged due to improper use/installation
