The Hydrodol Rehydration range is formulated with a blend of electrolytes and glucose which work to relieve symptoms of dehydration, aid recovery from illness and help restore body electrolyte balance. This formulation also supports energy production, energy levels and a healthy stress response in the body.

All Hydrodol Rehydration products contain our unique HY.FIVE+ FORMULA takes the internationally recognised oral rehydration formulation and enhances it with Magnesium – an important but often overlooked electrolyte - and 72 trace minerals from Aquamin which work to replace the body’s reserves of lost minerals that can occur during illness.

Causes of dehydration can include inadequate water intake, vomiting & diarrhoea, fever, heat, travel, strenuous exercise and heavy sweating.

Common signs of mild dehydration can include thirst, dry or sticky mouth, low urine output and dry, cool skin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For the relief of symptoms of mild dehydration: Adults: 1 sachet in 200 mL of water as required (maximum 2 sachets per day or as directed by your healthcare professional). Children: As directed by your healthcare professional. Fluids should be consumed at a rate to satisfy thirst and maintain pale-coloured urine.

WARNINGS
Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains sugars and sulfites. One sachet dose (7 g) contains 340 mg of sodium and 157 mg of potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines - consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children. If diarrhoea persists, seek medical advice. Do not use if tamper seal is broken or sachet is torn.
